YDC is more than just damp and dry rot.....

.... We also deal with timber preservation and replacement, below ground water proofing (cellars and basements), structural repairs like wall ties, lateral restraint, and brick stitching. We are significantly involved in the provision of property flood defence and flood remediation systems and have recently qualified ourselves to offer invasive weed control (Japanese knotweed control).
We are members of The Property Care Association - the trade body for our industry, Federation of Masterbuilders and a marketing organisation called Property Preservation Systems, which offers a wide range of property services over most of the UK.
We have traded since 1991 and so have a long record of property services to Yorkshire.
