Soooo rude. No customer service AT ALL!!! Taslima is a nightmare. She does not know how to speak to people on the phone. Worst company ever

Totally appalling. I was ‘allocated’ this bunch of legal con artists during a remortgage with HSBC. They only communicate via non repliable email headed ‘DO NOT REPLY’. Continually misspelled my wife’s name despite repeated corrections then charged us unnecessary additional fees without consultation demanding payment 24 hours before completion with a threat to prevent the mortgage going through unless paid immediately. Only available by phone on a premium rate number which they keep you on internal hold for half an hour before answering. Phone staff are arrogant, poorly informed and patronising. Case worker never available. Little more than a greedy bunch of legal thieves. I cannot express how much these people p’d me off. Why does HSBC use these parasites??

Won't answer calls, constantly ask for the same information, clearly available on their "portal" Possibly the worst company I've ever had to deal with regarding anything. How on earth are they still in business???

Nightmare service, can't answer calls, no one calls you back, routine support takes them several months and they just lie about progress if you do get hold of someone! Do yourself a favour - AVOID

terrible level of service. Avoid if you can. Incoherent communication, do not provide clear instructions, self serve portal is just as obtuse. They provided misleading information and generally seemed to be doing less than the bare minimum to get time sensitive work done. If it wasn't for the big contracts they had through the banks they would be out of business.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this company AT ALL COSTS. Without a doubt this is the worst service that I could have ever imagined and they are NOT upfront about their fees - adding charges here and there so that their original cost was pretty much DOUBLE what they quoted and of course the money comes off before you get it so if you query it - too bad! Charlotte Hart was bad-mannered and rude and would talk over me when I attempted to query charges or get something done. I took on a lot of the work myself as they were so slow. If it were up to them I would have been made to pay for things that were not even legal requirements for sale (luckily I have done some law at uni so looked into some of the requests from the buyer – something you would think they would do or know about as this is supposed to be their area of expertise!!). Slow to respond. NEVER answer the phone. Nobody is there after about half past four. Honestly - selling property is stressful enough - using this solicitor makes it twice as bad. Recommended to me by PURPLE BRICKS who are also appalling - took no action to assist and ignored calls once they had received their money! AWFUL and APPALLING that people can get away with such shocking service and still continue to stay in business! If I could give minus stars I would. Most galling of all is that I had to pay them way more than I would have paid any other solicitor for way worse service!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

DO NOT USE! I had to go through this company when I took out a Nationwide mortgage and I've had such an awful time with them and I'll be reporting this back to Nationwide! If I could give this company zero stars I most definitely would. They never reply to your emails (RUDE!) - I have sent at least 4 emails and no replies (one automated response saying they would reply within 48 hours which they DIDN'T!) then when you try to contact them it will take you at least 15 minutes to get through - charged at your expense of 5p per minute! Then when you finally get through it takes AGES for them to sort out it. I've been due a refund for nearly a month now and I'm STILL waiting. Don't expect anything from this company to be on time. I never even received any paperwork for them! The worst communication I've ever experienced and staff who don't help. DO NOT USE!

Do not use this company. 0 stars if possible. Not worth it. Overcharged us, unhelpful, slow to respond (if responded) bad experience overall. If I have just read these reviews before I have decided I would spare myself of hassle while saving considerable amount.

I'm honestly surprised at some of the negative reviews for QCAS I have read on this site, my personal experience could not be more different which leads me to think they are the vocal minority? QCAS were the solicitors to handle my recent remortgage, solicitors get a bad press in general and the last ones I used when buying the property were pretty horrendous to deal with, so I was truly surprised at how professional and reliable QCAS have turned out to be. Right from the beginning, everyone I spoke to was consistently friendly, helpful, accommodating and efficient. It really made the process a lot less stressful than it might have been, they were faultless throughout. Shout-out to Magdalena & team! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend QCAS for conveyancing and will definitely use their services again in future myself.

Spent the best part of a day attempting to understand and solve an administrative problem relating to a mortgage application after being notified of an issue by the QCAS branch of the firm. 5 conversations with 3 different operatives who each gave completely contradictory accounts of the problem and suggested contradictory solutions later and it transpires that there was in fact, no issue that needed addressing in the first place. Worryingly, the solutions they were offering to a problem that did not exist involved payment of additional fees to the firm indicating that, in the absence of a fairly abysmal lack of competence, a degree of dishonesty and profiteering is likely. Throughout my dealings with the company I have found customer service to be poor, the level of understanding and knowledge of the advisors to be very low and the communications systems to be frankly tiresome and obstructive with long waits and no guarantees of talking to the right person at the end. Would strongly advise potential customers to avoid

Our solicitor at QCAS (Sidrah) was brilliant. Ours was a tough re-mortgage with complications. QCAS were great and really fought on our behalf. They were always in touch with us via email and phone calls. Our re-mortgage would not have happened on time if it wasn't for the intervention of QCAS on our behalf. HIghly recommend.

Shockingly bad service- do not use these solicitors you would be better completing the work yourself. The lack of communication and frequency of errors has been shocking.
