the best taxi firm around!
this is one of the best taxi firms i have ever come across. It has very fast service. it also has good cars such as mercedes and BMWs.i highly recommend

Ruined my night
Absolutely appalling service. When I called, they gave the usual "10 mins" waiting time. When I called back after 25mins I could hear a guy in the background say "whoever it is, tell them 5 mins". Another 20 mins later, the driver called to say he was outside. Guess what? No sign anywhere - I even checked the next streets. I've called again, been told he was at the wrong number house and to give him a moment. It's now 25 minutes later, I'm too late to get into the place I was supposed to give to (for a friends leaving do) and I'm very very %&£!!! $***%£!!!!!! I've given them 1 star, but only because I had to give them something.

Parkways
I have used Parkways ages back now,each time i have used them they have never really been good at all to be honest.I have taken a taxi with them time and time and they have always been slow.I usually used to get a taxi from them and had to wait atleast 20 minutes for the driver to come,they are very slow and even the drivers drive you slow back home!If you are in a hurry to get home or go somewhere,do not use this taxi firm!
