About
We teach Traditional Okinawa Goju Ryu Karate, with particular emphasis on the self defence applications of the Goju Kata. Age range from 14 years upwards. Balck belt instruction, Fully insured/CRB checked. Affiliated to the British Karate Association (BKA). Training times Monday 19:30 to 20:30 commencing 11/06/2012. First lesson is free.
