A pathetic group of failures. Drivers have always been treated terribly. The reputation over many years is poor at best. Bankruptcy, termination of Directors, selling jobs on CX whilst drivers sit outside waiting for work. Any good service is provided by the drivers only as they have to do it, the boss and the fools in the office are dodgy. If this company was a horse it would be slaughtered for its own good.
