• Awful, unclean, unsafe

  WARNING AVOID THIS SALON!! After seeing good reviews on XS hair and beauty i decided to try it out, As a fully qualified beauty therapist myself i only every go to reputable places and I thought this would be what id find. After having a hair cut and blow dry that was great with a very good stylist I had 3 treatments booked with the beautician, THESE WERE AWFUL. The beautician told me that because the hairdresser was late bringing me up to her she wouldn't do all my treatments. She rushed through a pedicure with no attention to detail. The manicure (booked as a French manicure) wasn't completed as she cut my nails down very short and didn�t paint the tips white (what was left of them!!) and the Hollywood wax was done using the same spatula dipped back into the wax pot (health and safety??!!) and to top everything off the therapist cause a burn by waxing over the same area too many times!! VERY UNPLEASANT! After complaining to the salon the therapist Sarah was most unhelpful and defensive and only offered a free treatment and quite frankly I wouldn't go back if you paid me!!!
