  • 1 Very Poor service, never use again

    I dropped some clothes of to be dry cleaned and asked them to be delivered, the lady gave me a a delivery day. However the items where not delivered, when I phoned the next day the lady on the phone did not appologise just said that the they were not aware of my delivery, she then went onto inform me "its a good thing we didnt deliver them as we have the worng door number, also we wont be able to deliver now for another 2 days as we dont want to let our other customers down" She didnt seem to care that she had let me down and still no appology, she then went onto say "well your only down the road why cant you collect it?" Surely if they are advertising a delivery service me as a paying customer should be able to request this regardles of where I live!!! I will defenitely not be using this service again!!!!
