Poor aftercare

We had our windows and doors installed by them 3 years ago. Recently the front window of the house developed a crack and we had to have it boarded up. I asked Northern Trade Windows if the window glass was covered within the guarantee. They said only the frames and seals were covered. I asked if someone could come out and quote me for the replacement glass, they said it would cost me �£85 for someone to come out and measure up, �£50 per sq.meter of glass, and then an installation fee on top. I feel that their aftercare and attitude towards me was unjustified. I am a supporter of local businesses and always try to shop locally to help support my town. I would not recommend this company to my friends or family now.
