I provide Life Coaching, Executive Coaching, Brief & Long term Counselling, Non-managerial Mentoring & Counselling Supervision. I work with all parts of the person - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

I am an accreditied Counsellor within the Oasis Practitioner Community (OPC). I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am a probationer member of the National Federation of Spiritual Healers (NFSH). I am an Ovate member of the Order of Bards, Ovates and Druids (OBOD).

I offer LIfe Coaching, Brief and Long Term Counselling, Executive and Non-managerial Mentoring, Mediation and Counselling Supervision. I work with individuals, couples and groups. I believe you do not have to be poorly to get better. You just have to want to get more out of life. My experience is in Personal development, Career/Professional development, Relationship, Change, Loss, Bereavement, Depression/Anxiety, Stress, Redundancy/Retirement, Life stage work and Spiritual counselling.
