Very bad service
Met Mr Harvey to discuss prospective works on our new house. Was promised a quote within a couple of weeks. Then chased him up and was told it'd be the end of the following week. Must be 5 or 6 weeks later now - just asked what was going on to be told he doesn't have time to do the work until after Christmas - hence no quote. Not sure why he didn't just say that in the first place. Cannot comment on standard of work but customer service leaves a lot to be desired!!
