His attention to detail and craftsmanship was very impressive and he was able to tell us a great deal about the clock and its origins. Even delivered it to our house.     Richard is one of those rare craftsmen we all think has died out. He has restored a number of our clocks over the years, always giving sage advice (including not to have one done as he regarded it as being perfectly okay as it was). I would have no hesitation in recommending him as the finest in Leeds
