About Us

Brief description

The work of Oasis is development and transformation - of individuals, teams and groups of people, and organisations. We use a Whole Person Learning approach in all our work.

Currently we are working in partnership with EFMD and the UN in a project looking at how to prepare socially responsible leaders of the future.

We run a range of short and long-term development programmes for coaches, mentors, managers, leaders; our development consultants are often asked to faciliatate culture change in organisations or to facilitate the development of the future vision of the organistion; Oasis Peoplecare provides counselling and occupational health to organisational clients; and we have a small bookshop and publishing house.
